Club meeting and AGM – 19 May 2024

Kia ora Tatau,

As mentioned at the last club meeting we are required to update our constitution to meet the requirements of the Incorporated Societies Act 2022.

The draft constitution is here for you to review.

If you have any points or questions you wish to raise regarding the contents of the constitution please email to [email protected] no later than 12pm on the 17th of May.

Any points will be collated and addressed at the A.G.M and then we also intend to confirm and approve it at the A.G.M on the 19th of May.

Note-you are required to be a financial member to comment and vote on the constitution.

When: Sunday 19 May 2024 – 1.00pm – 3.30pm
Where: At the Woolston Club, 43 Hargood St, Woolston, Christchurch. Look for us downstairs in the Kallaway Bar (turn right when you come in the main doors) or if we’re not there, upstairs in the boardrooms.

We encourage visitors to attend in the hope that they may also wish to join and share in the benefits that memberships brings. There is no obligation to join at any time but this is encouraged to gain in the benefits that the club offers.

Feel free to bring along your works in progress and finished models.
